Pre-ordering an item means that you are purchasing it in advance before we actually have it in stock.
The checkout process is the same as regular in-stock items, and your credit card will be charged.
Your order will then ship out on the date the item is restocked.
We will always specify an approximate ship date on the product page.
Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via email.
You can then track your order under the my account section.
If your order has both pre-order and in stock items, we will ship the stocked ones to you immediately,
and the pre-order item(s) will ship on the date they arrive in our warehouse.
If for whatever reason you change your mind, you can cancel your order for a full refund prior to the date it has shipped.
